Here’s how it works: as soon as you place an order on Personalify™, our digital artists jump into action. We craft your custom piece with care, then send you a preview for your thumbs-up. Once you confirm, we dispatch—and you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Changed your mind? No problem. You have a 24-hour window from the moment you order to cancel or tweak your purchase. Just let us know within that timeframe, and we’ll issue a full refund right away—because after 24 hours, production will already be underway.
Incorrect Addresses
Entered the wrong address? Mistakes happen! You can update your shipping details within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, we may already have sent your item en route, so please double-check your address at checkout.
Missing Items
If anything goes missing from your delivery, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll investigate immediately and make it right—but we can’t accept claims after the three-day window.
