If the product arrives in perfect, undamaged condition and matches your order exactly, we do not offer returns or store credit.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
You may request a return or replacement—within 3 days of delivery—only for the following:

Wrong Item Shipped: You received a different product than the one you ordered.

Manufacturing Defect: The item has a defect arising from the production process.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons of “design dissatisfaction” or change of mind.

3. Return Timeframe

The 3-day return period starts from the date our logistics partner confirms delivery.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@juvia.co.in within 3 days of delivery.

Attach two clear photographs:

A close-up of the damaged or incorrect area

The entire product in its original packaging

Our Quality Assurance team will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days.
5. Return Pickup & Store Credit Process

If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup in 2–3 working days.

Transit back to our warehouse typically takes 7–10 days.

Once received, our team inspects the item and, if all criteria are met, issues store credit to your Juvia account within 2–3 business days.

You’ll receive an email notification when your credit is available; store credit never expires.
6. Important Conditions

Please return the item unused, in its original packaging, complete with:

Tags, barcodes, and labels

All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards

The original shipping label and invoice

Keep all components intact to ensure a smooth inspection and issuance of credit.
